Customer Information

Returns: 
All returns must have a return goods authorization (RGA) number.  Email us at customerservice@mufflermonster.com for an RGA number.  Only unused, saleable merchandise may be returned, and it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  For defective parts, please contact us at customerservice@mufflermonster.com to determine how to best handle the issue, replacement parts may be sent.  All product must be returned freight prepaid.  Shipping charges are not refunded on returned orders.  Special order items may not be returned.

Warranty: 
All products we sell come with a one year warranty, excluding obvious abuse including off-road racing damages, vehicle back fires, etc. 

Domestic Shipping:
We use UPS on most domestic packages.  Certain packages may be shipped via USPS or Speedee Delivery.

Ordering Multiple Parts:
Our website estimates shipping based on individual part numbers shipping in separate packages.  For orders where you are ordering multiple part numbers on the same order, we may be able to save on shipping costs by bundling these parts into one package.  Please contact us at customerservice@mufflermonster.com for shipping information. 

International Shipping:
We use UPS for most Canadian shipments, and other international shipments, but USPS may be used as well.  Please contact us at customerservice@mufflermonster.com for international shipping information.
